AV1 Encoding: You can now use AV1 encoding (libsvt-av1), a next-generation codec that delivers superior compression and quality.
HEVC & VP9 Profiles: We've added HEVC main10 profile and VP9 profile0 & profile2, providing better color depth and compression for your high-quality video content.
Advanced Encoding Controls:
Tune Option: New H.264/HEVC Tune options allow you to fine-tune your encoding for specific content types, such as film or animation.
Keep Aspect Ratio: A new Keep Aspect Ratio option ensures your video dimensions remain correct during the encoding process.
More Levels & Presets: We've added more level and preset options for High-Resolution encoding, giving you greater control over the balance between speed and quality.
Encoder Upgrade: The video encoder has been upgraded to version 7.1, which results in faster encoding speeds and improved error handling for more reliable video processing.
Note: The enhancements outlined above have been implemented in Dashboard Version 4. We are actively working on bringing these capabilities to Dashboard Version 5, ensuring a consistent and improved experience across platforms.
